This policy covers the website at jetsharks.party and the tools the JetSharks Collective uses to post to its own social media accounts.
This website. The site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms and no comments, and sets no cookies of its own. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
YouTube videos. Videos are not loaded until you press play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google's privacy policy applies to that video.
Our posting tool. We use a small script to announce new videos on our own Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads and Facebook Page accounts. It signs in only to those accounts, reads their own name and ID to check it is posting as us, publishes our posts, and records the IDs of the posts it made. It does not read, collect or store information about other people.
Email. If you email us at el.presidente@jetsharks.party, we use your message only to reply. We don't add you to any list.
Your requests. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email el.presidente@jetsharks.party. See also Data deletion.
Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date above.
